Our Tradition
The Transformation Tradition was created by Kathy Cybele and Thomas Robinson. The emphasis of the tradition is the transformation of both the craft and individuals. The goals of the tradition are: to produce ethical well-trained Witches, to help the individual members transform themselves both personally and spiritually, and to strive for balance of the masculine and feminine within through the worship of both the God and the Goddess. The Transformation Tradition includes an extensive training program which emphasizes the religion of Wicca, ritual, magick, personal growth, and leadership skills. Each Third Degree elder is expected to understand the tradition thoroughly. In this way, new HPs who choose to adapt the tradition can do so with a full understanding of the ramifications of their changes. Each Third Degree elder receives a collection of unedited copies of all the grimoires going back to the original Transformation Tradition grimoire. New HPs are encouraged to create their own grimoires using or ignoring the original text, but they must always pass on the entire collection to their Third Degree elders. In this way, the original material is preserved and passed forward.
